If you are not satisfied with a service please contact within 24 hours. I will do my utmost to satisfy you, provided you have performed the required maintenance and used the recommended professional products. No cash or credit refund will be given.
Hair weaving appointments require a $80 non-refundable deposit. All other services require a $30 non-refundable deposit. Your deposit will be added to your service at the time of your appointment.
Appointments held with a deposit are under a 48 hour cancellation/no show policy.

Due to limited time, I please ask that your appointment is kept personal with no distractions,
so please no additional guest or children in the room unless being serviced.
I will arrive at your location 10 mins earlier prior to our scheduled time, this allow time for setup before the scheduled time of your appointment. Should you arrive late, please call to notify lateness prior to your scheduled appointment time. Your service maybe shortened or reschedule.
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit.
Cancelled appointments due to inclement weather, staff sickness, or emergency, etc cannot be foreseen. I will do my best to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.
Please call within 24 hours if you are unable to make your appointment. If you need to cancel a hair weaving appointment please allow 48 hours’ notice. No call will result your deposit to be forfeited.
Gift certificates are available for purchase in any denomination, for any service or retail product. I am not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. All gift certificate sales are final. Valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Cannot be redeemed for cash. Must be presented at time of service.
All special occasion appointments require a consultation. Consultations should take place a minimum of one week prior to event.
